  1. Customized Orders
     
    Customized orders can be canceled within 24 hours after placement (no cancellation/refund will be accepted once the 24-hour window passes, as customized materials will have been prepared). Please confirm your requirements before placing the order.
     
  2. Returns & Exchanges for Regular Items
     
 
  • For damaged, incomplete, or incorrect items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue + order proof. We will arrange free replacement/return, and cover the round-trip shipping costs.
  • For returns due to personal preference: Apply within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its unused/unopened original condition. You will be responsible for the return shipping fee, and we will issue a full refund once we receive the intact item.
 
  1. Special Notes
 
  • Items related to hygiene (e.g., intimate products) or opened consumables are not eligible for non-reason returns/exchanges.
  • We are not liable for lost or stolen packages; we recommend choosing trackable logistics services.
